We are open year round, so we don’t have charts with confusing dates and rates.
Included in your rate is a full breakfast, and use of our common rooms, dock, canoe, kayaks, rowboat and hiking trails. We welcome well-behaved children. Pets are not allowed. Our bed and breakfast is non-smoking.
Check in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. unless other arrangements are made. We plan our day around your arrival time so please call us from the road if you need directions or your arrival time changes. We greatly appreciate no arrivals after 10pm. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Please let us know of any food restrictions or allergies BEFORE you arrive. We cannot accommodate special needs if you tell us as we are about to serve breakfast.
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required by credit card or check in advance of your stay and will be refunded by check if notice of cancellation is received more than 14 days in advance of your stay minus a $25 cancellation fee per room. If notice is fewer than 14 days, your deposit is refundable only if we can rebook the room. If we cannot rebook the room, you are responsible for the full amount. There is a 2 night minimum on certain week-ends. Call for details. For stays longer than 2 nights, call for cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy for Special Events: (Union College week-ends, ILCC events, full house bookings, etc.)
A 50% deposit is required by credit card or check and will be processed upon making the reservation. 30 days prior to your stay, the balance will be processed. Notify us of cancellation with more than 30 days notice, and we will refund your deposit by check, minus a $50 processing fee per room, only if we can rebook the room. No refunds if canceled fewer than 30 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy for Lake Cottage and Lake House
A deposit of 50% is required by credit card or check upon making the reservation. Should you cancel and we are able to rebook, we will refund your deposit minus 10 % of the full amount by check. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel fewer than 14 days, you are responsible for the full amount unless we can rebook the house.
