We have five unique guest rooms, each filled with antiques, and all with queen bed, private bath and view of the lake. The Country room, in addition to the queen bed, also has a twin bed, and the Suite also features a full size futon. The Carriage House is a small house on the property that can accommodate up to six people and can be rented by the week or for shorter stays. We invite you to take a look at them.
The Lakeview Room
This inviting room, located in the older, front part of the house is decorated in the Federal style with casual elegance. Four large windows look out on Mariaville Lake and catch the morning sun. This air conditioned room features an antique mahogany queen sized bed, marble fireplace, large tiled bathroom with shower, and a sitting area. The old paneled door with a skeleton key adds to its charm.

The Vineyard Room
Our most romantic room, the Vineyard is soothing in lavender, white, silver and green. Located in the original part of the house with hardwood floors, queen sized bed, antique mahogany desk and a skeleton key for the door, its a step into the simple luxury of the past. Two large windows facing east, with filmy white window treatments accented with a grapevine afford a wonderful view of the lake.
As the shadows lengthen, the room has an intimate atmosphere, and a unique rounded wall adds to its pure beauty. The room is air conditioned. Full bath with shower.

The Colonial Room
Done in colonial blue, antique white, and paneling, the Colonial Room has a queen bed and views of the lake and backyard. Decorated in toile and plaid this former summer porch has a colonial feel that is light filled and comfortable. Wall to wall carpeting, air conditioning, desk, and a spacious tiled bathroom with shower make quiet, convenient accommodations for the business traveler or the work weary vacationer.

The Country Room
The Country Room is done in lemon and fern with lots of light. Our most spacious room has a view of the lake and overlooks our lawns. The Suite
Our two room Suite is located in the back of the house with a private entrance and private parking. It’s bathed in shades of ocean blue with wall to wall carpeting and cathedral ceilings. The living area features a full sized futon, satellite TV, mini fridge, sink, and coffee maker. The bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining full bath. Perfect for two couples or a family of four.

The Lake Cottage
This cute 1000 square foot cottage has been completely renovated and is now available. An open floor plan with living room, kitchen, and dining area gives views of the lake. It boasts brand new carpeting, tongue and groove pine paneling, new kitchen cabinets, new dishwasher and electric range. A gas fireplace makes the place nice and toasty. Enjoy DirectTV, DVD player and CD player.
The master Adirondack style bedroom with queen bed has knotty pine tongue and groove cathedral ceilings, pale peach walls, and Berber rug that looks and feels like walking in autumn.
The second bedroom can be used as a sitting room with a comfortable futon and one twin bed. The futon folds down to a full bed when needed. No work involved though. We’ll make the bed before you arrive.
The shared bathroom is tongue and groove with a great shower and tub. Fluffy absorbent towels are provided as well as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and even bubble bath if you decide to take a soak in the claw foot tub.
The balcony has beautiful views of lake and land and sky.

The Lake Cottage is available as a weekly rental for up to four people at $1050. Includes all linens and towels and a stocked fridge with breakfast items for 2-3 days. Each additional person (up to 6 people) under 18 years old is $5, each additional adult is $10 per night. Call for longer stays.
