Directions

From the West, traveling on I-90E:

Take exit 27. Turn left onto Rt. 30 S. Go about 8.0 miles, then turn left onto Rte. 159. Proceed about 3.5 to the top of the hill to the light in Mariaville. Lakeside Store will be in front of you. Turn right onto Batter St. and proceed straight into the driveway, (as the road bears left) between the stone pillars of the B&B. (First house on right)

From the East, traveling on I-90W:

Take exit 25A. Pay toll and proceed to first exit, 25. Top of ramp turn left and proceed to light. Make a left turn onto Rte. 7. Go to the second light and turn left onto Rte. 337 also known as Burdeck St. Go ½ mile to the next light and turn left onto Rte.159. Just 100 yards on your right is Country Wine & Spirits, a great place to buy a bottle of wine. Follow Rte.159 for 9.5 miles. You will go across the causeway on the lake, follow the road to light. Lakeside Store in on the corner. Go through light making a left onto Batter St. and proceed straight into the driveway (as the road bears left), between the stone pillars of the B&B. (First house on right.)

From the West on I-88E:

Take exit 24 (Duanesburg). Turn right at Rt. 20 and proceed 2.5 miles through Duanesburg. Turn right onto Duanesburg Churches Rd. Proceed 3.5 miles. Turn Right onto Batter St., proceed 2.5 miles. The B&B will be on your left across from the lake. It is the large white house with black shutters.

From the North, traveling on I-87S:

Take exit 1 (I-90). Get toll ticket and proceed to I-90W towards Buffalo. Go about 10 miles, Take exit 25A. Pay toll and proceed to first exit, 25. Top of ramp turn left and proceed to light. Make a left turn onto Rte. 7. Go to the second light and turn left onto Rte. 337 also known as Burdeck St. Go 0.5 mile to the next light and turn left onto Rte.159. Just 100 yards on your right is Country Wine & Spirits, a great place to buy a bottle of wine. Follow Rte.159 for 9.5 miles. You will go across the causeway on the lake, follow the road to light. From the South, traveling on I-87N:

Follow I-87N (New York State Thruway) around Albany. New York State Thruway becomes I 90W at Exit 24. Follow New York State Thruway, I-90W towards Buffalo. Then take exit 25A. Pay toll and proceed to first exit, 25. Top of ramp turn left and proceed to light. Make a left turn onto Rte. 7. Go to the second light and turn left onto Rte. 337 also known as Burdeck St. Go 1/2 mile to the next light and turn left onto Rte.159. Just 100 yards on your right is Country Wine & Spirits, a great place to buy a bottle of wine. Follow Rte.159 for 9.5 miles. You will go across the causeway on the lake, follow the road to light. From Schenectady:

From Five Corners in Rotterdam: Take Rte. 159 to Mariaville. When you cross Burdeck St. and pass Stewarts, look for Country wine and spirits on your right, a great place to but a bottle of wine. At the light (Lakeside Store in front of you), stay to the left and go onto Batter St. and proceed straight into the driveway (as the road bears left), between the stone pillars of the B&B. (First house on right.)

From I-890 West: Take exit 2A (Campbell Rd.). Across from Rotterdam Mall, turn right (at Burger King), onto Putnam Rd. Go up hill (stay right). Follow Putman Rd. (2 Miles) to Rt. 159 (the first STOP sign). Turn Right and follow 159 into Mariaville.

Rt. 159: Proceed to Mariaville. At the light (Lakeside Store in front of you), stay to the left and go onto Batter St. and proceed straight into the driveway (as the road bears left), between the stone pillars of the B&B. (First house on right.)
